How long does it take for my order to ship?

You should receive email notification that your order has shipped in 2 to 3 business days.

 

What happens if an item I order is temporarily out of stock?

If an item on your order is not in stock, a PSI Customer Service Representative will call or email you to let you know the expected shipping date.  Additional shipping charges may be incurred.

What if I have special pricing with PSI?

If you have special pricing with PSI, please select the “Net30” or “Have PSI Contact ME” payment options.  Your special pricing will not appear online but will be applied once your order is received at PSI.  The proper pricing will appear on your printed invoice that you will receive in the mail.

 

Why is the shipping charge on my invoice different than the on-line order?

Shipping charges on the website are estimated.  If there is a discrepancy, PSI will adjust the shipping charge on your invoice to reflect the actual charge incurred.
